North of Fayetteville/Atlanta:

Directions from Atlanta:

I-75: Take I-75 South to Exit 237A (SR 85/Riverdale). Continue on SR Hwy 85 south through Riverdale and into Fayetteville. The Development Authority is located in the Historic Fayette County Courthouse at the intersection of SR 85 and SR 54. The Historic Courthouse will be on your left and the Development Authority offices are on the 2nd floor. Parking is available on the street around the courthouse or across the street in the Fayette County Complex.

I-85: Take I-85 South to Exit 61 (SR 74/Senoia Rd.) Make a left at the traffic light and continue south on SR 74 until you reach the intersection of SR 74 and SR 54. Make a left at the intersection of SR 74 and SR 54 and travel East on SR 54. SR54 will intersect SR 85. Cross over SR 85 and the Historic Fayette County Courthouse will be on your immediate left. Parking is available on the street around the courthouse or across the street in the Fayette County Complex.

East of Fayetteville/Jonesboro:

Take Hwy 19/41 South to SR 54. Turn West on SR 54 and continue on SR 54 until you see the Historic Fayette County Courthouse on your left on the square in Fayetteville. The Fayette County Development Authority is located on the 2nd floor in the Historic Courthouse. If you pass the courthouse you will cross SR 85/Glynn Street. Parking is available on the street around the courthouse or across the street in the Fayette County Complex.

West of Fayetteville/Peachtree City:

Take SR 54 East to SR 85 in Fayetteville. Cross over SR 85 and the Historic Courthouse is located on the immediate left. The Fayette County Development Authority is located on the 2nd floor in the Historic Courthouse. Parking is available on the street around the courthouse or across the street in the Fayette County Complex.

South of Fayetteville/Senoia/Brooks:

Take SR 85 North into Fayetteville. The Historic Fayette County Courthouse is located at the intersection of SR 85 and SR 54. After you pass the American Legion Log Cabin on the right, then make a right turn at the next traffic light and the Historic Fayette County Courthouse will be on the immediate left. The Fayette County Development Authority is located on the 2nd floor in the Historic Courthouse. Parking is available on the street around the courthouse or across the street in the Fayette County Complex.
