Job Description and Requirements:
Basic Function

Serve as the first line of contact for the outside sales force, agents, distributors and end users. Provide customer support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Principal Accountabilities

Receive and handle incoming calls in an efficient and helpful manner
Provide product information to agents, distributors and other customers
Handle territory correspondence via fax, phone and email
Modify existing orders related to cancellations, changes, and additions to accommodate agent requests
Direct pricing issues to the quotations team for review/approval
Manage past dues and expedite orders with the factory support team
Resolve billing and commission discrepancies
Organize and maintain current order files and product information
Run reports for customers and sales force
Responsible for establishing new customers to our Customer Master database and providing all documentation for record retention
Dimensions

Approximately 2 - 12 incumbents per team
Financial impact of performance $20-$40 million (based on team size

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent desired
2-4 years customer service experience required
Fluent in Microsoft office applications including Power Point, Excel and Word
