Todd Strickland

Mr. Strickland received his B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Georgia 1993 and joined Historical Concepts shortly thereafter. Historical Concepts is an award winning architecture firm with 40 team members who all share a passion for traditional design. The firm provides land planning, residential and commercial services for affluent clients and developers throughout the east coast. Mr. Strickland currently serves as the firm’s Managing Principal and oversees operations and finances. During Mr. Strickland’s tenure, Historical Concepts has maintained consistent and controlled growth in terms of revenue and staff.

Mr. Strickland also serves as the Chairman of the Peachtree City Development Authority and is a member of the Fayette County Development Authority. Through the years Mr. Strickland has been a part of many local task forces and appointed committees charged with furthering quality of life in Peachtree City.

Mr. Strickland is active in the Institute for Classical Architecture and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Southeastern Chapter. Other professional organizations that Mr. Strickland belongs to include the Congress for New Urbanism, the U.S. Green Building Council and the Urban Land Institute.
