Fayette is home to Trilith Studios, the 2nd largest purpose-built studio in North America and one part of the 935-acre master development of Trilith.

Known for a wide range of productions from Avengers: End Game and Avengers: Infinity War to Zombieland: Double Tap and the hit children’s series Moon and Me, Trilith Studios also announced its investment in two dynamic content companies – Los Angeles-based children’s entertainment company Sutikki and New York-based Believe Entertainment Group. Sutikki and Believe will be among the first content and technology companies to locate at the studio’s new 220,000 square foot creative media centre, which is scheduled to open Spring 2022.

Homegrown Success Story

Peachtree City resident David Bergmann and his wife Tracy founded NAECO® in 1999 with the goal of providing high technology electrical materials solutions to the North American market. Today, NAECO serves nearly 100 customers across North America, Europe and Asia and employs 46. Founders David and Tracy remain committed to both the company and the community.

“We are shipping all over the world and are always considering our growth needs. Still, we are heavily invested in Fayette County and plan to stay a long time,” said Bergmann. “In fact, were it not for the fact that Tracy and I wanted to create a business which could allow us to stay in Peachtree City, there would be no NAECO.”

A New Community for Creatives

The Town at Trilith features 235-acres of exquisitely designed, European-inspired spaces with 1,400 homes imagined to accommodate the price sensitivities of creatives in all stages of their careers.  – from micro-homes, canopy homes and townhomes, to custom designed single family homes and estate homes. The town recently launched the locally owned Barleygarden Kitchen & Craft Bar, which represents the first of 12 planned chef-driven food concepts that will complement the boutique shops to be located in Town Centre.
