Amanda Fields is a knowledgeable economic development professional with over two decades of invaluable experience. She serves the FCDA as Vice President, Economic Development as an expert in the field. Prior to joining the FCDA in 2023, she served as the Sr. Project Manager for Region 4 at the Georgia Department of Economic Development, where she was a vital resource for state programs and incentives in a ten county region. Amanda also excelled as the Director of Existing Industries and Workforce Development at the Coweta County Development Authority, diversifying workforce offerings and propelling growth.

Prior to her role in Coweta County, Amanda spent five rewarding years as the Administrative and Marketing Manager at Electric Cities of Georgia, demonstrating her dynamic leadership. Her journey in economic development began as the Office Manager at the FCDA, where she dedicated seven years. A native of Fayetteville, Amanda is a graduate of Fayette County High School and holds a Marketing degree from Clayton State University. Outside of the office you'll find her with her husband, Jeremy, watching their three children enjoy their individual passions – one is a talented musician, one excels on the baseball field, and one entertains through musical theater and chorus.
